Good evening! This is Mrs. Taylor, principal of Princess Anne Elementary School! These are the updates for the week of May 6th. This is an exciting week coming up, as it is Teacher Appreciation Week. One of our parent volunteers, Charissa Thomas, has worked hard to plan a week of events for staff to let them know how much all of their hard work is appreciated! We would love to have our students join in on the fun. On Monday, students can high fives to staff when they see them to show their appreciation. On Tuesday, students may write a note or draw a picture for a staff member to show their appreciation. Students may wear their spirit shirts with uniform bottoms to show their Wildcat Pride! On Thursday, students may wear school appropriate vacation attire, as the theme for Teacher Appreciation Week is travel. On Friday, students may bring in $1.00 for snack cart, pretending that they are inflight snacks on an airplane. Registration Night will be held on Thursday, May 9th from 4:30-6:30 for students registering for Pre K3 , Pre K4 and Kindergarten for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. Please bring birth certificate, shot record and proof of residency to start the registration process. Current Pre K3 students only need to have the proof of income updated to register for Pre K4. Proof of income needs to be updated by May 15th in order to register for summer school. If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Lily at Princess Anne Elementary.
